Set in the heart of Lanchester, Malton House stands as the first home in our new Bespoke Collection — a meticulously crafted property showcasing the highest specification Forric Homes has delivered to date.
To celebrate its completion, we opened the doors to select guests for an intimate launch party inside the fully dressed home – the event marked a new chapter for Forric Homes.
