Viewing & Reservation
Visit your chosen development and secure your preferred plot with a £500* refundable reservation fee. This holds your home for at least four weeks, giving you time to begin selling your existing property. Our sales team is on hand throughout to offer clear, friendly support.
Buyer Choices & Personalisation
Enjoy a 1:1 personalisation meeting in our showhome, celebratory prosecco in hand. You’ll choose your kitchen finishes, bathroom tiles, and flooring, with the option to request bespoke upgrades that make the home truly yours.
Ongoing Design & Updates
We keep in close contact during the build, providing regular progress updates and working with you on any design refinements or upgrades along the way.
Legal Progression
We liaise with both solicitors to help keep your purchase on track, supporting a smooth and timely exchange that matches your build schedule.
Home Demonstration
Before completion, we walk you through your new home – explaining appliances, utilities and features so everything feels clear and easy from day one.
Aftercare
We provide a structured process managed directly by our Head of Sales & Marketing, along with 2-year Forric aftercare and a 10-year ICW structural warranty. So your home feels just right – long after move-in day.
